Overview: Ethical Electric’s Salesforce application is the member-relationship-management tool for the company. As such, it aims to be an authoritative, dynamic, source of information on member sales, signup, and service records for staff at all levels. The Salesforce Developer will work on a variety of small to medium scale projects; working with our team on Salesforce implementation and providing support for our growing company Responsibilities: Staff Support and Troubleshooting • Fix bugs and hiccups as they occur in Salesforce case flows, • Serve as consultant to staff and departments on ways to utilize and better manage workflow and caseloads. Systems Design • Assist in the “translation” of clients business requirements to functional and non-functional requirements • The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing small to medium scale solutions in Salesforce both as part of a project team and (on occasion) independently • The Salesforce Developer is responsible for successfully designing and managing the integration of cloud based solutions and technologies.
