Full Time Developer - Tacoma WA Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert in prototyping, managing, and completing system configurations Provide technical and functional expertise to project team on driving sales and support with the Salesforce platform Lead and instruct development teams on functionality requiring custom logic to meet requirements Demonstrate and present solution functionality to business stakeholders and Salesforce teams as needed Lead and facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements Advise existing teams on best practices for business and technical enhancement on Salesforce Key Skills: System configuration: Expertise in leading a team to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs and participate in system configuration when necessary Project management: Proven analytical skills and experience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, best practices, and methods. Experience using Visualforce Apex Qualifications: 3+ years’ CRM experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle
