The Dynamix CTI Application will be a freemium app available to all users of Salesforce. However, access to the application will be restricted by a login and authentication to the Dynamix B.V. service. Use of the app will be managed externally by this login. The application itself will allow users to access our SIP network to place calls, see call history, and use click to dial features that integrate seamlessly to their existing Salesforce account. Similar apps are offered through Counterpath, Bria’s CTI softphone integration already in the App Store.
