Inside Sales - Fired Heater Supply And Services person. Identifies and contacts prospects through, but not limited to, cold calls, emails, mass mailings and seminars. Qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline and develop into opportunities Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure reasonable win rates Matches products to customer requirements Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company's established customer base and newly identified targets Searches various database services for new opportunities Develops methods for routine updating of cold calls and client contacts on new and existing opportunities Maintains sales database and performs customer and proposal analysis in support of sales group objectives Drive and coordinate updates and enhancements to the Salesforce platform Ability to mine vast amounts of data to sort out potential leads, establish contact with the leads and turn leads into opportunities Familiarity with custom designed capital equipment utilized in the refining, petrochemical and syngas markets is strongly preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
