The Sr. Business Applications Strategist will be responsible for advising clients on how to leverage Customer Relationship Management Solutions and software (Salesforce) to effectively run their operations, improve internal processes and user efficiency, and to connect with and grow new customer relationships. Core responsibilities will include solution definition, solution architecture, data analysis, project management, configuration, and integration. In this capacity, the BAS will work extensively with clients during the pre and post sales process to architect and select the most appropriate solutions and then take their projects from idea through execution to measurement – aligning people, process, technology, and data to produce solutions that meet the client’s business objectives. Additionally, maintain these client relationships by providing ongoing digital lifecycle strategy to continually enhance their business processes.
