Required Skills: Apex & Visualforce
I am trying to accomplish a few things with Campaigns as I want to utilize to organize my prospecting/marketing efforts. I am using the Apto version of Salesforce which was designed for commercial real estate brokers:
1) I want to utilize the Console based on the members in my Campaign to organize/streamline my prospecting calls, however, I don’t see a way to create a Contact View that relates to my Campaigns in order to do so. Can this be done?
2) I noticed that within Campaigns there is an Opportunities related list, however, this is not the same Opportunities/Pitches object that was created by Apto. How can this be swapped out so that it is consistent with the Apto structure incorporating the correct object ("Opportunities/Pitches")?
a. Additionally, based on this question, I assume that the formulas for the Campaign Statistics would need to be modified in order to be consistent with the Apto Opportunities/Pitches object.
