The Donor Management Specialist is responsible to maintain a complete and accurate database of all donor demographic and financial information. This position will be instrumental in the implementation of a new donor database and ensuring the integration of financial information between the donor database and the accounting system. Essential Functions: Implementation, maintenance and accuracy of the CFC donor management software system, including integration with the accounting system and digital fundraising tools Create, manage, allocate, track and report on all fundraising efforts Generate reports to be used in marketing and communication efforts Qualifications requested: • Knowledge of and experience with SalesForce desired • Ability to manage time and plan effectively in a fast-paced, fluid work environment required • This person must have a passion for data integrity, be a self-starter, easily able to build rapport, and excellent on follow through Note that this job post is a summary of expected job functions and qualifications.
