The Technical Support Representative has an understanding of both Salesforce and the CRMfusion products. They will deal directly with CRMfusion customers, assisting with technical support issues, and general use of data quality products. They will manage the support case queue and ensure customer’s inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. Must be comfortable talking with customers & able to assist customers solve their Salesforce data quality questions. Located in the US or Canada & Mountain or Pacific time zone preferred, but not required. Required Skills Understanding of Salesforce from an administrator’s perspective. Excellent verbal & interpersonal skills Ability to solve data quality problems Ability to work at home in an unsupervised environment Preferred Experience CRMfusion DemandTools Salesforce Administrator Certified Experience with other CRMfusion applications, PeopleImport, and DupeBlocker a PLUS Please email your resume to Kelly.Jenkins@CRMfusion.com
