Create a platform for a concierge company

Hello, I represent a concierge company. There are several software companies that make platforms specifically for concierges. Some examples would be: http://info.goconcierge.net http://info.aliceapp.com/product These concierge platforms seem to offer many of the features in salesforce but charging far higher prices. I would like to find a developer that could replicate the same features in salesforce. Firstly I would like to know how well salesforce will be able to handle the same tasks as these other platforms.
