Setting up a vanilla SFDC implementation

Ace Digital is looking to hire a developer to help us get the most out of SFDC. The current job is just to properly setup SFDC for the first time but subsequent jobs will come once we establish the relationship. The immediate job is to take the vanilla SFDC implementation we currently have and: 1. Setup Salesforce Web-to-Lead such that when a potential customer completes a questionnaire on a website, this information will then be loaded into Salesforce. We have the static section of our website as well as the questions to ask 2. Design the workflow in SFDC such that our customer service team can engage with the user who completed the questionnaire to get them to enroll as a paying customer. 3. Design one email template so that we can begin building canned email responses from SFDC Please let us know more about yourself and your interest as we are hoping to establish a long term consulting relationship.
