Position: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Gaithersburg, MD Project: Sodexo Rate: 45-50 hr Salary: $95K Travel: None Openings: 1 Your Responsibilities •Successfully implementing Salesforce projects, supporting complex implementations for sales cloud, service cloud, community cloud, and/or marketing cloud Required qualifications to be successful in this role • 6+ years of overall experience in IT & engineering with CRM cloud computing & technology enablement platforms • In-depth knowledge of BA fundamentals, tools, and best practices. • Proven track record of gathering, writing and managing complex requirements for CRM projects. • Experience in direct client interaction on Salesforce projects • Involvement in at least 3 successful Salesforce implementations • Strong personal interaction, confidence, written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead the training sessions • Ability to interact with senior client managers Desired skills • Certified Salesforce Administrator/Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant /Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant • Rally tool • Experience with Salesforce in Retail
