Our client is looking for a CRM Director to lead and oversee all CRM system implementations. They will collaborate with all stakeholders, effectively create and execute appropriate system strategy, and manage all system operations to ensure exceptional quality, efficiency and functionality. This person will develop ongoing training programs and overall technical support processes for current and new end users.
