Required Skills: Apex & Visualforce
Our client in New York City is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will maintain and manage their Salesforce instance and support their users. This person will offer technical support by identifying and solving system problems, advising users on system functionality & improvement, producing documentation (e.g. user guide materials), and providing necessary training to users. They will handle all typical Salesforce administration duties such as: (1) maintaining workflows and approvals, setting up users, profiles, and roles and (2) customizing objects, fields, records, page layouts, and validation rules. This person will also be responsible for administering other business systems/integrations (e.g. Pardot, DocuSign).
At least 2 years customizing & maintaining Salesforce.com and related system applications
Experience working in an Agile environment and in an IT role supporting business teams
At least 1 year utilizing Process Builder and creating Salesforce reports & dashboards
Strong communication & collaboration skills
