Business Systems Analyst

Who We Are Looking For: Incapsulate is searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. You would be joining a group of skilled and passionate individuals working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects. Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst. - Minimum 7 years creating User Stories, Use Cases, Data Models, ERDs, and other relevant artifacts. - Experience with Salesforce integration initiatives and implementations. - Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details. - Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to work on multiple projects at a time. - Ability to adapt to ever changing environments and situations. - Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills. The ability to interact and communicate with individuals from all backgrounds and business levels is essential. - Advanced skills in MS Office with a particularly strong skill set in MS Excel. - Technically savvy.
