Our client is looking for a Salesforce Manager who will support and streamline their Salesforce org and act as subject matter expert at their organization. This person will gather and assess business requirements, strategize business process techniques, train and support end users, and execute project management. They will collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the company, including senior leadership. They will be responsible for developing best practices and documentation and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards. Qualifications: 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator (maintaining the system, creating reports and dashboards, training/supporting users, etc.) Demonstrated experience in Salesforce project management 2+ years gathering business requirements & analyzing business processes and data via Salesforce 1+ years of experience in quality assurance & management Business-minded individual with exceptional communication skills Salesforce certification(s) preferred Additional Information: Contract-to-hire position (6-month contract) Full-time role, on-site Permanent US residency and/or US citizenship required
