Overview: In this critical and visible role of marketing operations manager, you own our lead management system. As part of that, you make sure it it is optimized from a technical and process standpoint. Responsibilities: -Own technical aspects of marketing automation system (Pardot) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. -Works closely with Salesforce Administrator to ensure Salesforce and Pardot connection is optimized. -Own lead scoring system, automations/triggers and ensure best practices in lead management. -Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. -Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database. -Extra points if you can do any of the following: Managing webinars, Build email drip campaigns, produce product collateral, experience with PR or social media. Qualifications: -Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. -Strong skills with a few of these platforms/tools: Microsoft Excel (required), Pardot (or similar required), Salesforce, Google Analytics, Wordpress, AdWords, AdRoll
