Required Skills: Apex & Visualforce
I am a small independent insurance agent. I have a license and the tech canary platform set up. I need a developer to help me build out the automated tasks and relationship management functions i want to be automated in sales force.
need help getting the tasks and processes built into it to craft both a customer experience and policy service work flow.
things like automated emails, automated post card mailings to single contacts, automated reminders, automated texts, links to apps that help with mailing cards, sending specific items drop shipped to customers, if this then happens that should happen next type rules.
I want to create work flows and "checklists" for specific items so i have a better way to track work assigned to my team or for f/u items assigned to outside contacts or things waiting on any other users (even outside folk like underwriters, or customer requirements, etc).
I want to have Prospect warming campaigns, workflows for new business, work flows for renewals, cross selling campaigners (i.e. We sell you auto, but not home...).
I see this as a few month engagement, would like a mapped out process with schedule and payment
