Print ID Badge from Sales Force

I need someone that can create 2 simple tasks 1) From contact page, create a print button that pulls info and picture to create and ID Badge. It can create a PDF to be print out or print directly to printer 2) I need a "Query page layout" That only pulls/shows certain information from contacts.
