Online Mapping Tool - work from anywhere in the U.S.

We are looking for a Salesforce developer to assist with the development of an online mapping tool that will work in sync with a Salesforce interface. This will be constructed using force.com sites to ensure that our client doesn't have to maintain additional software or external websites. Features include: - Mobile responsive map to visualize services available based on Salesforce account data - Development of submission form that users can use to submit requests to be added to the database. Information submitted will feed direction to the client's Salesforce object - Development of confidential feedback form - Development of print feature - Ability to migrate data and mapping tool to a mobile app when developed and ability of users to search for resources when not connected to the internet - User ability to apply data filters and conduct key-word searches - Accessible to users with disabilities - Map cannot cache, retain any information, or retain any browser or IP information of users - Administrative boundaries for tribal lands and other areas TBD Developer can work from any location within the U.S.
