Aptaria helped us rationalize and develop our quote-to-invoice process

My company used Aptaria's services for over a year when we were implementing integrations between Salesforce and our accounting and customer service systems. They were very good at helping us understand the relationships between our very different systems, as well as analyze our data quality (or the lack thereof) when integrating the systems. If the data is of poor quality, so will the integration. Our Aptaria consultant had excellent SQL and project management skills as well as a deep understanding on the whole sales quote-to-order-to-invoice process, and we appreciated this combination of good technical skills along with strong business acumen.####We would recommend Aptaria to anyone trying to solve complex business problems in the Salesforce arena.

Aptaria met our pressure filled timeline

We went to Aptaria with a tough project, and a hard deadline, and their team exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do everything we asked, but they provided great insight on how to improve some of our outdated processes. The implementation went off without a hitch and our project was successfully completed. Andrew and Jenn did an incredible job asking questions and understanding what our goals and challenges were, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire project. We will continue to work with them in the future on other projects that come up!

Aptaria did a terrific job shaping Salesforce for our business

Aptaria was able to help us design Saleforce exactly to our needs and make recommendations that saved us money. They did a terrific job of translating our business needs into Saleforce parameters. Jenn has a keen eye for the end user's needs and helped us create a user experience that is clean and clear, thus enabling successful adoption. She was also very conscientious of our limited budget and creatively developed solutions without breeching our license constraints. They responded quickly when we called and their turn around on tasks were likewise fast. I count Aptaria as our long-term Salesforce partner and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Aptaria helped us develop a new customized website/e-commerce platform on Force.com as well as stream lined our operations using Salesforce. They took the time to understand our procedures and mission, which enabled them to help provide flexible solutions. I had complicated specifications for my buildout, utilizing the salesforce.com CRM, the siteforce.com CMS, and Authenticated Sites --- plus I needed e-commerce functionality, multiple email alerts being sent to customers based on client interaction with the website, as well as system integration with two separate SMS alert services. I also needed to post RSS from my WordPress blog and link to my firm's Facebook account. I interviewed 8 engineering firms very closely, and Aptaria was head-and-shoulders above the others.####How did Aptaria earn my confidence? ## * They have a strong team of US and non-US programmers, and delegated work between them appropriately## * They had a true grasp of what I was looking to have built, with realistic turnaround projections re: talent required and timing needed## * Andrew Lawlor was personally engaged in the project, leading all planning meetings and most training sessions## * All of my questions (emails and calls) were answered within minutes or hours## * They are very organized and didn't let anything fall to the way-side## * It's very easy to communicate with Aptaria, even with my coming from a background that's not very technical

As promised

We have had Aptaria full-time on-site since October '09. The first couple of months were spent fulfilling a backlog of administration needs, and the subsequent focus has been on project work. It's on this project work where they've made a uniquely valuable contribution: introducing SFDC into the call center; building a custom inventory management module; and providing management reporting. ####For the project work in particular, the timely, iterative, and rapid development of custom VisualForce application interfaces has been surprisingly inexpensive while providing a high degree of maintainability. The ability to build consensus across departments (in this case, across customer service, supply chain, and sales) has been proven out in Aptaria's construction of purposeful working groups within the organization.
