New Managed Package Release

We've been using FirstRain for over 1 year now; we've definitely seen some great information, where otherwise we would not have found it! This latest release allows us to manage the actual user names in the Installed Packages, much like other 3rd party tools. Now we have accurate control over the users, hence more accuracy over utilization metrics. The new feature of the Widget on the Opportunity is also exciting, bringing current feeds of information into the opportunity where Sales and Marketing teams are viewing. Very easy to install and get running. Looking to explore news feed posts to chatter groups!

Excellent Combination of 2 powerful sales tools

Here at StreamServe in North America we are extensive users of both Salesforce.com and firstRain. Providing the capability to quickly get an update on all of the important information regarding your forecasted accounts while using salesforce to track activity is a great improvement over swapping between the two applications. This integration makes it natural to review information on your prospect/account at the same time you are engaged in activities surrounding the account.

First Rain adds Sales Intelligence intellgently!

Great add on to info you have gathered about your client! First Rain was extremely easy to implement and roll out to sales force. A couple clicks and it was installed and all sales staff were able to start using it with no training. Look & feel is very intuitive and seems to use the latest Apex functionality. Performance is great - especially compared to other similar paid products we have tested. All in all we are very happy with First Rain
