Eloqua Discover and Profiler Tools in SFDC

Eloqua's Discover and Profiler tools in SFDC are the ideal tools needed to track digital behavior. My sales reps are now able to pull up a lead or contact before they call them to find out where on our website they have been, which emails (personal and marketing) they have opened and clicked, which search terms they have used to find us, and which forms they have filled out from our outbound and website efforts. This way our reps can take the discover portion out of their discussion because Eloqua did that for them. No more need to discover their pain points or what keeps them up at night, we already know. ####Also the tracking in the discover tool allows my reps to track their customers, prospects and competitors on the individual and company level. With a couple simple clicks from the app, my reps are alerted when their prospect, customer, anyone from a company or competitors are taking action on our website. This makes them more efficient by taking action when their prospects and customers are and by not wasting time by manually "checking up" and just missing them on the phone. And, by using the stars and peppers, new prospects are brought to my reps all by just looking at a single dashboard showing who has taken our own predetermined buying signals and how recently that happened for anyone even if they are not being tracked.####To boot, the UI is outstandingly easy to use!

Eloqua Discover & Profiler

These tools are truly great to have in the hands of our entire sales force. This gives them instant access to the digital body language of their important prospects. It not only allows them to see how their contacts have interacted with our website and email, but it lets them see if there are others in the organization that have also been interacting with our digital assets. ####This can be a huge advantage when the have conversations with the customer because the know what information has already been consumed and what messages might already be resonating with them.

Eloqua Discover

This is a key tool for our sales and direct marketing teams. The ability to put data in the hands of our sales staff to see which leads they should be going after vs which need some marketing nurturing is awesome.

Eloqua Discover for Salesforce is a must have!

We recently started using Eloqua Discover for Salesforce after using Eloqua for Marketing Automation for a year. I can't believe we waited so long to integrate this essential piece. Eloqua Discover is the missing link between Eloqua and Salesforce. This tool visually identifies a salesperson's hottest leads, and even allows for email notifications to be set up when leads take certain actions (email clicks, website visits, etc.). The tool integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and is very easy to setup and use. You can even customize the "buy signals" in you instance. If you are using Eloqua & Salesforce, this is a must have!

We Love It!

As a marketing professional, this really helps bridge gaps between marketing and sales. Our sales team loves this products and the automation rocks. We don't have to send out daily reports or get the frequently asked questions anymore. It's right there for anyone to see. Great job, Eloqua!
