Easy to use with great support

Easy to set up and integrate into our existing system. Support have been excellent, fast and very helpful. Most of all, unlike other SMS apps, it's free to integrate! You just have to top up your account to send outbound SMS. My only issue is it's not very clear why the SMS fails if they do. But I would highly recommend.

Support No Response

We have sent around 3 emails describing the detailed issues we are getting to XSMS support and also to Kunal and any response received.##The main problem is: ## Almost of times we try to send SMS to clients we get this message a lot of times "GATEWAY CONNECTION FAILED" and the SMS is not sent to our clients. ## We try to send 1, 2, 3 times and it only will work fine on fourth attempt.##This cannot continue.. hope we can have a reply URGENTLY from xSMS

Easy to use with great support

Easy to set up and integrate into our existing system. Support have been excellent, fast and very helpful. Most of all, unlike other SMS apps, it's free to integrate! You just have to top up your account to send outbound SMS. My only issue is it's not very clear why the SMS fails if they do. But I would highly recommend.

Powerful app and excellent support

Excellent support .. wonderful app. xSMS was easy to setup and configure to our business needs and xSMS guys did provide great support to help us implement business process efficiently. Inbound SMS and automated SMS features works flawless and are simply great. As a Salesforce Admin myself, I must say app is designed good as well. Highly recommended !!!

Hi, thank you for your answer.##I've been on your site and I see the cost per sent SMS by country. There are empty fields like "VMN Setup Charges", "VMN Annual Rental", "Short-Code Setup Charges", "Short-Code Annual Rental".##What do these fields mean ? Is there any additional fees when we want only to send SMS ? thanks. Guillaume

For germany for example, I can see VMN Setup Charges.##Is there any package for European union without these setup charges,##or with a global setup price ? Thanks

VMN setup is required for Inbound SMS feature i.e. ability that you can capture SMS response back from your prospect/customer. This feature is optional and if you only want to send outbound SMS we can setup a "Sender Id" for you , which is a 8 character text and get displayed as "from" number when a text is sent. Please note all countries support "Sender Id" but most of European countries does. VMN setup is required for each country separately and there is no global package as Inbound numbers are specific to country. Request you to please send email to "sales@xarlesys.com" for further enquiries.

Our previous System Administrator left earlier this year. I need some advice in using this application. ####I've sent two emails through their website and an email to two separate people and still have not received a response.

Great SMS/SFDC intregration

We have a lot of people our company deals with on a daily basis. We can use this SMS app with the leads and contacts tabs, with ease. There is a slight learning curve, but that is to be expected with any app. Yes there are free SMS apps out there, but they are not nearly as effective or have the integration potential that xSMS has.####The workflows and automation that we wanted for the most part came with the app. There were a few additional features that we had made special for our instance of SF. Once these were installed, this is a potential gold mine for us, given the amount of additional leads we can now address on a daily basis. The support staff will work with you to setup any desired extras your company may require. ####For us this was a no-brainer, as the world today has evolved in a fast-paced, instant gratification society. This keeps us one step ahead of the society we now live in.####I highly recommend this SMS app.

Powerful and easy to use SMS functionality

Thanks so much for setting up our SMS service in such a short time to help us meet a deadline. ## ##It is a comprehensive SMS implementation with SMS trigger buttons in very appropriate places in every relevant object within the Salesforce system and it works very well. SMS pricing is a bit on the high side compared to local SMS costs.
