Lost without it!
This is a terrific way to prospect. Having my LinkedIn contacts and prospect list inside my SalesForce is great time saver. Being able to continue prospecting within SalesForce is the only way to go!
If i understand correctly, to get the LI sync with SF you need to purchase the LI Navigator through the corporate subscription and not the on-line upgrade. I had to call and set up a team account for my department, its pricey for sure, but the sync is critical.

Yes, you must have Navigator, which is very expensive (about 1100/user/year) but for biz dev. its critical in keeping up with contacts and data integrity of our accounts and contacts in SFDC. To message and research a prospect directly for the contact page with full transparency and access to connections, etc. is invaluable. Its unfortunate that you have to purchase the top of the line most expensive LI license in order to get this functionality.
Much too expensive for the functionality
No way I can recommend this app at the current price. Common, $5 a month is something I might be willing to pay. $30 is ridiculous.
Cheapest account I can find that works with the app is $55/mo. Absurd pricing and way out of wack with value delivered to a person like me who doesn't need inmail and isn't prospecting in LinkedIn. Can't talk to a customer service or sales person either. My entire interaction with LinkedIn proves to me that LinkedIn is completely removed from their users, and is entirely transactional in their approach. Without changes, LinkedIn will struggle.####Also, to clarify, this app has nothing to do with the "show photo" or LinkedIn button that has been in "beta" at the top of the SalesForce contact screen for years. Downloading this app and upgrading your account will not make that work or do anything other than show photos half of the time.
Much too expensive and difficult to cancel the expensive subscription. LinkedIn has the worst customer service experience - when you can get one.

Not designed for small businesses
This app looks great but is really frustrating. We work for a small business and Linkedin informed us we could only use this too if we have five licences to be able to set up a Linkedin Sales Navigator Team profile. As we are a start up and are watching our funds this was a cost we could not justify. This looks like a great tool but the limitations make it extremely frustrating.
Really handy App - Really useful for Sales and Marketing team
Hi,####We are using LinkedIn. It's really handy for our company. ####I recently notice a glitch. The visual force component keeps asking for "Match this account" on Accounts object. If users "match this account" it works for a while but, when account page is refreshed, it again asks for "Match this account"####If I change user profile to system administrator it works fine. I don't have to "Match this account" every time I open an account. ####I have granted all possible linkedIn permissions to "standard" user profile but, no luck. Getting support from LinkedIn or Salesforce is not worth the effort. You either figure it out on your own, find a friend who's figured it out, or do without. I've been with LinkedIn since 2004. I should know. Unbelievable considering how much I pay a year for premium LinkedIn. SalesForce is paid for by my employer.
LinkedIn in SFDC stopped working
With the Winter '16 release the LinkedIn integration stopped working. We have the paid Sales Navigator subscription. I thought with the paid subscription we would still be able to see the LinkedIn content within Salesforce.####If this doesn't work in SFDC, we will probably not renew our LinkinIn subscription.

I upgrade from group to professional to be able to connect to Sales Navigator ...only to find I have to pay more.......where does the greed end???
