Five stars

These guys are at the top of their game. to say there is great customer service would be a dramatic understatement. I am about as tech illiterate as they come, but with Apto you feel like you have a real equity partner and teammate in your business. Immediately you will realize the vast inefficiencies in most CRMs and the potential you have with the Apto interface to take your brokerage business to the next level.

Terrible Service

A product is only as good as the Service you get, when you need to use the Product for your business. This requires doing what you say you will do, communication, and being there when your customer needs help.##If you agree with that, you will need to look at products other than Apto. We have waited 4 months for phone call. And gave up. Product works ---no support.

Lots of potential - Poor customer service

I purchased Apto a few months back and have found it to be useful for basic tasks, such as keeping client records and setting reminders/tasks/meetings. The sales team was very helpful, and responded to every question I had during the process. The upload/initialization team was great too, and helped me get all of my data on to the program. However, once my data was correctly set up in Apto the service representatives seemed to disappear. I have been trying to troubleshoot a few issues and have yet to actually be helped by an Apto support member, despite numerous phone calls and emails.

A Lot of Upfront work - but worth it

We've spent the last 8 months customizing the layouts, templates, reports, etc. to fit our business needs. A huge investment - but worth effort in the long run to be able to create comps from our own data. The APTO customer support team has been fantastic with response and assistance.

Nearly there

The integration between sales force and commercial real estate is incredible. While 90% of all the major facets are covered, there are still a few remaining items that I'd like to see implemented such as easier calendar creation and viewing options, and future potential offerings such as linking to IP Phone systems for smoother call-log integration.

Breath of Fresh Air

Coming from a CRM that looks like it was built in DOS, this is pretty awesome. I am just getting started with it but am already very happy.

Top of their class!

I have been an Apto user for less than a year. They made the transition from our former CRM over to APTO easy on us which gave us the time to learn the program. Their response time for support is quick and the library of training videos is very helpful. Navigating the screens and moving around the system is very easy and flows in a logical order. The deal/pipeline wizard has been a tremendous help to walk-through the deal closing process. I find it to be one of the best CRM's I have used in my 19 years in the RE industry.

Great!

This is an amazing program/app. We use it daily in our organization and wouldn't be nearly as successful without it. The staff is incredibly kind and responsive to our needs. If you're not using it, you're costing your self time (which is money) and money (which is money)!

Customer Service at the top of it's game

Apto has one of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and patient every time I have a question. If they don't know they answer they find it out but that rarely happens. Other companies should take after what Apto should pride themselves on; their customer service.
