CommunityGrants is an online grants management system built entirely on the Force.com platform. It is designed to aid in the application process, review, distribution, and management of awards to grant, scholarship, competition, or fellowship applicants.

CommunityGrants leverages existing Salesforce features supporting advanced workflow automation, and reporting, while adding functionality supporting the creation of funding applications of any kind, performing an online review process, auto-scoring applications for ranking and awarding grants, and facilitating the process of distributing and tracking awards. CommunityGrants assumes that a typical grant, scholarship, or competition cycle consists of the following milestones or phases: Call for Entries, Application Process, Review or Evaluation Process, Review Meeting, Selection of Awardees, Disbursement of Funds, and a Final Report. Selected features include: * Create ANY Application using Funding Application Wizard * Calculated Weighted Sections * Auto-Scored Objective questions * Multiple-Choice, Multiple Select, File Attach, Short and Long format questions * Help Text or Hints on any Question * Multiple Applications option per Funding Opportunity * Score by Question, Section, or Both * Self-Registration Option * Reviewers comment on any question/response * Auto-Ranking based on Reviewer Scores * Disburse Awards as splits option and more in upcoming release.
