Great way to manage your events
We conducted an in-depth search and review to evaluate and select an Association Management Software (AMS) for our medium sized Association. The events product is such a refreshing and easy to use app with a wide range of capabilities. We run small events for 20-25 people, a 30,000 attendee conference, and everything in between. With this software, we'll become much more efficient in managing these events, their registrations, and increase our internal visibility with reporting.

Fonteva Events has modernized the look and feel of our events while decreasing the staff time spent on creating each one. First Annual Conference with Fonteva Events - check!
We just concluded our first Annual Conference using Fonteva Events and while we have used it for smaller events (specifically Virtual Events), this was our "big" test. We really appreciated the ease of use for both the customer on the front end, and customer service on the back end. Plus, it offers enough complexity in the set up to create the "customization" we wanted without needing admin or platform support.####Reports are still a challenge. Would love some out of the box attendance, receivables, and printed badge info-type reports that are easy to customize, but don't require admin-level support to bring fields in different objects together.####Overall, a really excellent tool for us and we would recommend it highly.
