A strong events module to help you attract attendees!
One of the biggest challenges with events is always making the process to sign up easy, and attractive. Assemble does a nice job of enabling you to do tons of code-free configuration to help customize your event management experience.####It has attractive out of the box templates, which makes a huge difference, and the fact that you don't need to employ a dedicated event registration team to get an event launched is a huge plus, especially for Asssociations with a small number of employees.
Great Events Software for Nonprofits
This pairs great with the Fonteva Membership Package. We previously used several different, unconnected system for Association operations. We are still in the process of transitioning our large events to this system. However, we are currently using Fonteva Events for smaller events. It's great for membership validation and reporting. From a staff management perspective, it's helpful to train new staff members on Fonteva Events when they already have a basic understanding of the system through the Membership AMS. Both systems are intuitive and easy to learn.
Incredibly easy to use
Got a demo event set up in just a few hours during training with Fonteva. The event builder is robust and easy to use. I'm not a very experienced SF or EMS user but was just about a master after walking through all of the settings. The tight integration with the rest of the Fonteva suite really makes it easy to set up with store availability (in the Fonteva store on your org), registation forms, attendance records, and even a nice and modern looking site which is generated from the event.
Great for our smaller events!
It's incredibly exciting to be able to run ANY events directly through our AMS, rather than having to move through one (or more) integrations and APIs. We have a lot of issues with data duplication or loss through these integrations, which have only gotten more difficult as we've moved into Salesforce. Using Fonteva Events, we can skip that entire integration.####We haven't yet moved to using this platform for our larger events, as we're worried about using a new service for events with over 10k attendees. But we see a lot of promise in this centralized offering!
Friendly UI for Event Builder, Change Event Details and Pricing All in One Place
The template when creating Fonteva Events (Lighting Version) is clean, simple, and easy to operate. The flexibility it offers is clear and the system is highly configurable to the needs of the company. When constructing new events, input of venue details is nearly copy-paste, with the output presentation being minimalist, yet refreshing. A subtle feature I liked was the ability to create/control item pricing right in the module; removing the need to create a separate ticket item outside Fonteva Events and designating for purchase again. The attendance tracking and ticket purchase counters were also a nice touch, making monthly and quarterly reports easy to generate.
Great way to manage your events
We conducted an in-depth search and review to evaluate and select an Association Management Software (AMS) for our medium sized Association. The events product is such a refreshing and easy to use app with a wide range of capabilities. We run small events for 20-25 people, a 30,000 attendee conference, and everything in between. With this software, we'll become much more efficient in managing these events, their registrations, and increase our internal visibility with reporting.
My organization transitioned to this system a few years ago and we are loving it. Fonteva Events makes our Annual Conference and summit events easy to navigate. The system is intuitive and user-friendly and I love how everything speaks to each other. Fonteva provides excellent step-by-step training and guides to make sure that users feel comfortable navigating the system.
Easy to Use Yet Looks Very Professional to Customers/Great Customer Service
This program is extremely easy to use even for the Salesforce novice. The registration page for end users is professional looking and easy to use too. ####Most importantly, customer service from Fonteva has been some of the best I ever dealt with. Extremely responsive and helpful. The online training guide is EXCELLENT. Simply looking in the training guide will walk you through step by step and is so detailed that anyone could use it successfully.
Great for Current Salesforce Users
This is a great event management app for those who are familiar with Salesforce. You could do it as part of a larger Salesforce rollout, too, but it's pretty easy to set up if someone is familiar with how Salesforce already works.####Our rollout took a few weeks, which was pretty quick. So be sure you leave plenty of time for the rollout.####It's great that the event builder wizard is so intuitive. Our events users are more familiar with wizard type builders than they are with the back end of Salesforce, so this makes their lives easier. And not having to transfer data over from another event management system makes my life easier as the system administrator. It's basically a win-win.
