The Only Steelbrick Partner You Need

After an extremely negative experience with another partner, we got to work with Simplus and never looked back. It's a shame we didn't go to them in the first place. With aggressive timelines, Stu and Derar hit the ground running with me and were beyond helpful in setting up Steelbrick, working through complex setup and pricing models with ease. Stu has managed our project so well in making sure we consistently make progress while Derar has gone above and beyond to help implement the processes that work best for us. There's no question who I'm going to back to. Their knowledge and talent have far succeeded my expectations!

Could be great if all you need is a simple sales process but not for complex operations management

We started a year ago with Simplus and were very excited with their architects level of understanding of our needs to build out a very complex operations process. After signing the contract they had an on site visit that went well and then the next week it all fell apart! They took the lead architect off our project and replaced her with someone who was unable to understand process management (understood the sales side of Salesforce well but that is about it). ####We struggled for over a month trying to get him up to speed and all that time was billable. Finally called it quits after 2 months but the Simplus management team talked us into giving them another chance with yet another change in the architect role and a discount on some of the hours we had spent. We again spent a few months trying to get the new architect up to speed and all that time was billable. During that time we hired a Salesforce Admin who had no experience and in 3 months had a full sales process built out and deployed while we were still struggling to be understood on the operations side. We finally called the project done and paid them just so we could end the misery! We ended up paying 3 times our original quoted price for no usable deliverable. We moved the project over to our admin who now has 6 months of experience and we are nearly ready to deploy a working project after tossing 75% of what Simplus did (we kept the basic contact and account structure and rewrote the rest). This was a huge waste of time and money. The management team was always willing to work with us and assure us but we would have been better off to cut ties when they pulled the first architect who actually understood our process well.####I feel that with an implementation partner it is all about the people they put on your project; if they can't give you the person they promised and you felt great about you need to run away!!

Migration from Legacy App

We migrated from a custom code solution to the Salesforce platform. We had seen significant staff turnover in the program, so our collective understanding of the application and our own business processes were a little sketchy. ####Simplus helped us get our processes locked down, develop our app, train our users (internal and community), and we've retained them for managed services moving forward. The overwhelming majority of our managed services hours have been used for product enhancement rather than routine administrative functions or bug fixes. I feel this was a testament to the good analysis and design we were able to do up front.

Great Service!

I have had a very positive experience with Simplus. They have been proactive in their communication and anticipating solutions for the unique requirements of our project. Our consultant, Mike Bergman, has been amazing. I've really appreciated his willingness to answer questions and go above and beyond to create the solution we are looking for.

Justin and Peter - the right team at Simplus!

We were performing a re-implementation of CPQ and had a bumpy start. Once Simplus provided us##with the team consisting of Justin Leung and Peter Averbukh, they got up to speed quickly and essentially saved the project!##Justin worked diligently to meet our deployment goal – working long hours and weekends. Justin##was available when we needed him (as we were also working long hours) and continuously helped us solve business issues and learn best practices for CPQ. Peter kept us on track and provided guidance and problem solving solutions for our project.##I’m fully confident that if we had Peter and Justin at the beginning of this project, we would’ve##completed on time and experienced a lot less stress. They are assets to the company and as we look to ##the future and Phase II of our project, we sincerely hope we’ll be teamed up with Peter and Justin again.##Thank you guys for all the hard work!

Exceptionally talented and easy to work with!

Our small company contracted with Simplus to build a number of custom solutions for us after we discovered that Salesforce's off-the-shelf solution was outrageously expensive. We stumbled a bit during the requirements phase but no one gets out of that unscathed. The ownership is outstanding. They have stuck with us to deliver what was promised. I rarely make recommendations but would recommend them to anyone needing custom Salesforce development.

Best Partner I Have Ever Engaged With!

I've been responsible for vetting multiple potential partners for various endeavors within my company, & I cannot think of a single one that has come anywhere near the level of exceeding my expectations like Simplus has. Bianca & team have done a fantastic job & helped us out tremendously. If all our vendors could work with us like Simplus does, our lives would be a lot easier!

Amazing Team, Highly Recommend.

I feel very fortunate to have been connected with Simplus. Bianca and team are truly amazing to work with. I feel like anything I ask them, they take the time and care to fully explore the requirements and ask any necessary questions before starting the work. They also check in with me to review the work in full before they roll anything out. ####The team is also incredibly prompt at replying to us. It is rare if it takes them more than an hour to reach back out to me after I've asked a question. Of course, they don't always have the answers right away, but just being able to get that reply and having that open line of communication with that team is very powerful.####The team is always very willing to hop on impromptu meetings to discuss topics that, if dealt with in an email, could feel like a half-day or more wasted in a back-and-forth conversation. We really cannot think of anything that could be done differently or better. I've truly never had as good of an experience and as much fun in a working capacity as I have with Bianca and Simplus!####We 100% absolutely recommended Simplus and their services to anyone and everyone!

SF to SF Data Migration and CPQ Implementation Partner - won't find one better!!

After having a very bad experience with a different consulting group for our Salesforce implementation, we approached this endeavor with trepidation. Stu and team completely knocked it out of the park! The complexity of our CPQ build, along with data integrity issues made our project extremely challenging, to say the least. The deep technical knowledge, team spirit and collaboration, and the push to not only build a user-friendly product, but also one that is sustainable to maintain, has been truly a pleasure to be part of! We also used them for our Partner Community and Service Cloud implementations. Having experienced interaction with multiple teams from Simplus, we have had the same experience with them all: same dedication, expertise, and camaraderie. ####Simplus' drive to be best in class shows through every interaction! I recommend them to anyone looking to do a major Salesforce implementation or migration, across the platform. You won't be disappointed!

A fantastic migration, thanks to Simplus

Our Pardot project wrapped up without any issues or concerns, the entire project has gone really well! Chris was not only very efficient but also considerate of our time spent together. He's a no-nonsense type of guy that always gets things done in the exact amount of time he says it will take for him to get it done.##I've worked with a few consulting groups before and Simplus is by far the best! I especially like the extra care they take with health checks and feedback sessions to make sure we are getting what we need along the way. Chris also stuck around for a while after our go-live to make sure he could jump in and answer any questions that came up. Too many times I've seen agencies close the project and then disappear, that is just not true with Simplus.

My experience overall has been very positive with Simplus. Starting at the pre-sales side of things, Ryan was very accommodating and did a great job of checking in without being overbearing. Michael is truly an gifted consultant and I simply cannot say enough good things about him! We've wrapped up our project and moved right into Simplus's Managed Services offering, and I'm already impressed with that team as well. They have a quick turnaround and are great communicators. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Simplus to anyone that needs help with Salesforce!
