Fastcall has very detailed online documentation, and we are happy to help guide you through the set-up of the application. Fastcall is a Salesforce-native application and is very easy to set-up. Typically set-up takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Just like Salesforce, we assume the subscriber has a resource available to administer Salesforce and any installed applications. And just like Salesforce, Fastcall will make priority support available for an additional fee.
There is a free trial in production or a demo account in a sandbox or developer org. We are trying hard to keep the cost of the application low and make our application available for companies of all sizes. Our low monthly fees do not include applicable setup. We will help with support. Our clients' Salesforce admins are expected to set-up the application and provide end-user support.

We show Salesforce accounts that are linked to Trailblazer.me and have the Manage Billing permission. If your account is missing, check that you connected the account to your Trailblazer.me profile. Then verify that you’ve been assigned the Manage Billing permission in the related org.
