THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE AND ONGOING USE OF CRMGuidance's SERVICES AS DEFINED HEREIN.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE WORKFLOW FOR PROFESSIONAL EDTION

- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current term/paid period in which you cancel.
There are No refunds. There are no prorated refunds.
EXTENDING YOUR TRIAL PERIOD
To extend your trial, send an email to email@example.com . We will work with you on extending your trial, ensuring that you are satisfied with Workflow before begin payments.
SUSPENDED LICENSES FOR FAILED PAYMENTS
Without liability to the Customer, CRMGuidance may disable access to Workflow for non payment/failed payments. By default we will attempt to re run failed payments up to 3 or 4 times. After the 4th failed payment, your services may or may not be SUSPENDED, disabling the execution of Active Workflows and preventing new Workflows from being created. CRMGuidance shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of the Workflow Services while the
invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid.
The customer is responsible for canceling his/her own subscription. Sending cancel notice to CRMGuidance Support does NOT constitute a cancellation. To cancel and avoid subscription fees, you must go to appexchange.salesforce.com, login, go to My Accounts, find Workflow, then Manage Subscription, and cancel your subscription. Cancellations are effective after the billing period. There are no prorated or full refunds. you are responsible for setting up your own workflow rules. If we have time and you'd like us to set up your initial workflows, we will do so, when one of our consultants is available. Any request to cancel because of a lack of availability of one of Consultants is not a failure to deliver on our part.
If you determine during your trial period that you do not wish move forward with the purchase of Workflow for Professional Edition, you are accountable for cancellation. CRMGuidance can not and will not cancel your subscription on your behalf. To Cancel you must use your standard Salesforce credentials to login to the AppExchange at https://appexchange.salesforce.com > drop-down menu next to the smiley face > go to My Accounts > Workflow for Professional Edition > Cancel. There are no refunds once you have billed.
