aiEasyLabel is the easiest and quickest way to produce mailing labels for Leads, Contact, Accounts & Opportunities. No setting up Word templates, no APEX or Visual Force coding required, printing labels from Salesforce has never been easier. After installing aiEasyLabel, mailing labels are as easy as • Add the aiEasyLabel [Print Label] button to the 'List view' Search Layout of the required Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity Object • Go to your Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity tab and select a ‘View’ • Click the [Print Label] button to open the aiEasyLabel popup • Click [Print] to open a PDF with the Leads, Contacts, Accounts or Opportunities laid out for label printing. You can easily print the whole List View, or just the ones you have selected. You can customise your label layout by clicking on the [Edit] button in the aiEasyLabel popup. Here you can: • Select the label layout using an Avery® Label Number, or custom details • Define the position of the mailing address in the label • Select the fields to be output • Select the sort order To know which are supported browsers see data sheet 'Supported browsers'.
