The application acts as a bridge between the cloud enabled sales process and Comptel Fulfillment in the CSPs datacentre which network and service operations teams use to manage their network. For the first time, CSPs have the ability to give their sales teams an interactive dialogue with network management software, thus allowing the quoting process to take place in real time with the customer, reducing the amount of lengthy iterative service redesigns.
