retailmotus is a multi-channel, retailer engagement solution, enabling you to influence retailers through field sales, telephone account management and branded mobile engagement applications. Our Mobile Field Sales application enables sales teams to access in-call objectives, create sales aids and collect data and images to support client activity. Field workers can manage their calendar, capture orders and where necessary can work in an off-line mode when there is no mobile signal. The Telephone Account Management module enables you to maintain contact with retailers between field visits. Whether the agents are maintaining relationships, selling in promotions or qualifying opportunities – the TAM module provides all the information needed to support the agent and influence the call outcome. Our retailer engagement application can be used by retailers to manage reward programmes, place orders or request contact from their relevant field sales representative. All data relating to retailers interaction with the engagement application is held against the store record and available to clients through our insight portal.
