Easy Sync

Sync Custom Fields in Quotes and their Line Items

Overview

Sync custom fields in Quotes and Quote Line Items to Opportunities and Opportunity Line Items.

  • Configure the Custom Fields to be synced between Opportunities and Quotes and Opportunity Line Items and Quote Line Items.

  • Configure syncing to be automatic or manually done from the click of a button.

  • Configure new Quotes to automatically have Custom Fields populated and be made the synced Quote.

From a click of a button on the Quote screen, a Quote can be synced back to its Opportunity including all required Custom Field values. From a click of a button on the Opportunity screen, an Opportunity can be synced to its linked Quote including all required Custom Field values. Configure the App to automatically sync any further edits done, or configure to only sync on the manual click of a button. Configure the App to copy Custom Fields when the Salesforce [New Quote] button is clicked. Also configure the App to a make any new Quote, the synced Quote for an Opportunity.
