Overview

Your users are on vacation, sick or simply out of office? Just assign the records they own to a substitute for a limited timeframe so the work is getting done!

  • Replace Owners for most standard and all custom objects

  • Automatically transferring the records back on a specified date

  • Filter, which records exactly should be transferred to a new owner (e.g. only open opportunities, but not the closed ones)

Assign records for most standard and all your custom objects to a new owner. You can configure rule sets (e. g. transfer all open opportunities where the close date is in the next two weeks) and create substitution tasks where you can select the user to replace, a substitute and the rule sets to be applied. Based on the schedule you configure the system is automatically checkin which records to transfer forth and back and changes the owner accordingly.
