Trailblazer Kim Wargo

Meet the Trailblazer who changed the way her company thinks.

Kim Wargo Associate Vice President, FineMark National Bank & Trust

Meet Kim

Kim was introduced to Salesforce back in 2001. Since then, she's grown and morphed into a total advocate of everything Salesforce and AppExchange. Her motto is “Get up, get going, you're the only one who can make things happen.” She lives in Fort Myers, Florida and is, as you'd expect, an avid runner.

How do you blaze a trail for others?

By showing them just what Salesforce and AppExchange can do, helping map out the process, and determining the best solution.

Ever have a turning point in your career?

When I came onboard at FineMark National Bank & Trust they gave me the space and resources to do what needed to be done. I realized that growth was limitless in our Salesforce ecosystem and that the possibilities for my org — and me — were limitless.

How have your feelings about your work changed?

My level of pride is higher than ever and my feeling of accomplishment — my “I can do this” attitude — has given me a level of confidence I truly appreciate.

How have you helped transform your company with Salesforce?

My company had a tendency to solve problems quickly but we needed more efficient, sustainable solutions. With Salesforce, I brought a level of automation, process control, and audit capabilities that generated a whole bunch of “ah ha!” moments.

In what way did you make the world a better place?

Changing the way my organization thinks. Encouraging my associates to engage in a conversation before assuming there is no better way is how I changed my slice of the world.
