Ready To Join AMP?

Start reaching more Salesforce customers, employees, and influencers in four steps.
  1. Review the program and new offerings.
  2. Complete the AMP application in Partner Community. Go to the Publishing tab, then the Marketing tab. Request ‘Manage Listings’ permissions from the Salesforce admin at your organization if you don’t have access.
  3. Stay tuned for your program acceptance, a contract, and kickoff.

  • Who can participate and what’s required?

    For all partners:

    1. A live, public AppExchange listing with organizational bandwidth to make updates
    2. Basic inputs, timely approvals, and your partnership to implement listing best practices and amplify promotions on social
    3. Adherence to Salesforce’s branding guidelines and content submission and use guidelines
    4. A partner in good standing in the Salesforce Partner Program

    For ISVs:

    1. Price specified (not “free”) on AppExchange listing unless otherwise listed in the promotion description
    2. A Lightning-ready solution
  • How do I feature more than one solution through AMP?
    One AppExchange listing may be featured per promotion. However, you may do the same promotion multiple times for different listings.
  • Does AMP guarantee competitors won’t be in the same promotion?
    The AMP team will always do our best to give customers a variety of sponsored solutions. However, is an open ecosystem so we don't exclude partners from any promotion. To respect partner privacy, we don't share other companies' investment choices before kickoff.
  • How do I measure AMP ROI?
    The return you see from AMP is very much determined by the goals you set for your business before your promotion(s) and your own preparation. Each AMP promotion in the AMP overview has historical metrics to help you plan. You can also review our Guide to Maximize AMP Return for tips corresponding to each promotion. We highly recommend you continually measure your listing traffic, activity, and leads in your AppExchange Publishing Console and your own Salesforce system. Learn more
  • If I’m planning a year out, can you share what promotion will be available then?
    While we only release AMP promotions six months at a time, we try not to make drastic changes within a fiscal year since we know sometimes planning is done earlier than that. The current AMP overview can be used as a guide for budget allocation in future quarters. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.
  • Does AMP offer promotions for account-base marketing? Can promotions be targeted at more specific audience lists?

    The promotions in this AMP overview are as specific in audience segmentation as we can get. However, if you are executing your own targeted marketing, we recommend leveraging AMP for credible, co-branded content that's impactful when shared.

    AMP is unique in that it offers partners one way to reach Salesforce customers as they navigate AppExchange. In addition to AMP, we recommend working with your PAM on account mapping with internal teams. AMP content is also great to share in this outreach.
