Rebe de la Paz, our founder and CEO started the company in 2020, under the name RDP Associates. After a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem, working as an administrator, consultant, architect and trainer, Rebe wanted to take her experiences and her entrepreneurial spirit to create a company that focused on implementing Salesforce solutions, while also creating a company that would redefine how we work, how we do business and how we live our lives while working. Why the name Simplicity+? We have made a deliberate choice to focus on simplicity as the cornerstone of our consulting approach.
