Real Estate 360 : An all-in-one Real Estate CRM

Installation Agreement####Real Estate 360 is listed in Salesforce AppExchange and can be downloaded from the AppExchange portal itself. You or your company can download the application and install it in your test org or your production org directly from the AppExchange.####Licensing Agreement####Real Estate 360 is licensed as a user subscription which can be billed monthly and annually depending on the contracting agreement. User subscriptions cannot be shared or used by more than one user but can be reassigned. Your subscription to Real Estate 360 license does not include the subscription of the Salesforce service. If you wish to use the Salesforce service, you can contact directly to Salesforce by visiting their website www.salesforce.com. Real Estate 360 allows to integrate third party providers, but are not responsible for their services. The subscription cost does not include any cost of those third party providers that you are planning to integrate with Real Estate 360. Users need to directly contact those providers and get their service before integration with Real Estate 360.####Real Estate 360 license would be solely used for your internal business purposes and shall not license or sublicense, sell, resell to any third-party other than to users. You shall not modify or copy or create work based on this product or build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features and functions on this application.####Subscription Termination####Real Estate 360 provided annual and monthly subscription depending on the user license that your purchase. For cancelling a subscription, your or your company should give a minimum of 45 days notice to the Real Estate 360 company as the same as to be updated with Salesforce. For an yearly contract, if the company does not wish to renew this has to be intimated before 45 days of the renewal date. The same applies for monthly subscription wherein they have to notify to cancel their subscription before 45 days.####No Warranty for Third-Party providers####Real Estate 360 makes no warranties of any kind for any of the third-party solutions that are integrated with your application. We don’t warranty or guaranty for these third-party services for their reliability,quality, error or defects, suitability and availability. Real Estate 360 provides a platform to integrate these providers but its individual responsibility to directly work with them for any of their services they offer.####No Liability####In no event shall Real Estate 360 have any liability to you or any user for any damages whatsoever , including but not limited to direct,indirect,special,incidental,punitive, or consequential damages,or damages based on lost profits , however caused and, whether in contract,tort or under any other theory of liability, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
