Salesforce Impact Accelerator: Meet the Partners

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newest Impact Accelerator which will help accelerate the growth of our Partner Ecosystem through diversity, equity, and inclusion. At Salesforce, we believe businesses can be powerful platforms for social change and that it’s our responsibility to further equality for all. Creating a culture of equality isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing to do. It empowers us to innovate, build deeper connections with our customers, and ultimately become a better company.

The Salesforce Impact Accelerator is a 12-week hybrid program designed to strategically align and grow diverse-owned Consulting Partners’ Salesforce business. The program will help drive the selected businesses toward their next stage of growth through access to education, networks, customers, contracts, and the investment community. Cohort participants are also given access to join Salesforce at in-person events as an additional layer of support and to aid with networking. The inaugural cohort consists of 14 consulting partners from underrepresented groups (URG) including Black, Women, Latinx, and AAPI-owned businesses.

At the end of the program, we will continue to provide alumni with resources through LinkedIn groups, webinars, invitations to networking opportunities, and more. Diverse-owned businesses are a fast-growing segment and are crucial to help us meet the ongoing demand of the Salesforce economy and drive customer success. Salesforce is committed to supporting business owners and founders from underrepresented communities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Through programs like the Salesforce Impact Accelerator, we know we can make an exponential impact in the communities we serve while ensuring our Partner Ecosystem reflects the communities in which we live and do business.
