AI Takes Center Stage at Dreamforce ‘23

Last week, thousands of people attended the world’s largest AI event, both in person and online at Salesforce+, for learning, fun, networking, and community building. As we look back on the event, Dreamforce ‘23 was all about connecting over a technological advancement that’s affecting all aspects of business — artificial intelligence — and how organizations can streamline their organizations and find success with AI + Data + CRM.

Customer Success Keynote 

This year’s Customer Success Keynote was a definite crowd-pleaser and covered how to adopt AI into your business practices quickly. Titled “Maximize ROI with AI + Data + CRM”, and held on Sept. 12, this session showed attendees exactly how to drive adoption and skill up with the transformative power of artificial intelligence.

Dozens of attendees got an in-depth understanding of AI Coach, AI Cloud, AI-centric Trailhead badges and certifications, and learned how to future-proof their business in the AI era with guest speakers from T-Mobile and OpenAI.
